Gamers are always looking for a good optimization tool because that split second can mean the difference in victory or defeat. I myself play Tera on a store bought HP with only an upgraded (albeit old) video card and power supply. Tera itself is heavy on the cpu because of its flash UI. It is also notorious for working well with Intel CPU’s and not AMD. If I run an end game dungeon called Wonderholme and do not use the Razer Game Booster, then most of the time its like playing a powerpoint presentation and not a video game.
Razer Game Booster does quite a few things and does them well.
1. Optimizes your PC with a simple click
The game boost function allows you to launch your favorite game from the console. When you do this, it launches a Gaming Mode and it shuts down unnecessary processes for you. When you exit the game, it automatically starts them back up again. It is customizable for the advanced user and can be tailored to leave specific things running.
It allows you to tweak or defrag your pc and can automatically search for updated drivers for your components at the manufacturers website.
It allows you to take not only screenshots, but allows you to capture video so you can make tutorials or upload your stunning achievements to youtube or facebook with simple clicks. It does this for FREE.
With a seemless overlay you can display your FPS in game and see where your frame rates are.
